SUMMER CREEK SUB:  Located in between 7 and 8 Mile about 1/2 mile West of Farmington.  This 61 home neighborhood is like a giant cul-de-sac with most of the homes built in the late 1980's.  High School is Livonia Stevenson.

WINDRIDGE VILLAGE SUB NO 4:  (DEER CREEK):  Located in between 7 and 8 mile just West of Gill Rd.  This sub has approx. 209 homes located within it built within the mid 1980's.  Some of this subdivision backs to Bicentennial park.  High School is Livonia Stevenson.

Caliburn Manor Sub #1,2,3:  Located West of Newburgh and South of 7 Mile Caliburn Manor subdivions in Livonia has approx. 161 homes located within it.  These homes were mostly built in the mid 1990's, executive style with higher sq. ft.  High School is Livonia Stevenson.

Caliburn Estate Sub 1,3:  Located East of Newburgh and South of 7 Mile Caliburn Estates of Livonia has approx. 101 homes located within it.  These homes were built around the mid 1990's and mostly are executive style, bigger houses.  High School is Livonia Stevenson.

Francavilla Sub #1 & #2:  Livonia Francavilla sub is located just west of Farmington and just North of 6 mile.  There are approx. 217 homes in this sub which were mostly built in the mid to late 1970's.   

5 Mile and Farmington Area

Coventry Gardens, Coventry Gardens West, Coventry Garden Estates:  Located just West of Farmington Rd. and just North of 5 mile there are approx. 401 homes located in these 3 subs.  It seems most of these home are around 40-50 years old.  High School is Livonia Stevenson.
