Welcome to Francavilla Livonia Michigan real estate information web-page!  The purpose of this web-page is to give you some insight on the Livonia Subdivision of Francavilla.  Francavilla is located at 6 Mile and Farmington Rd with just about 217 homes located within it.  Most of the homes in Francavilla were built in the 1970's and seem to be exceptionally well kept from the moment you enter the neighborhood.

  The picture is what is welcoming you to Francavilla as you enter the sub off of Farmington Rd on McNamara.  Francavilla is in the Northern portion of Livonia Livonia Michigan with convenient access to just about everything you can think of.  The school district for the children is Livonia Public Schools with the high school being Livonia Stevenson (which is just about a couple of minute walk from Francavilla).  There is also shopping plaza's on the corner of 6 Mile and Farmington which offers some convenience items such as sub sandwiches, ice cream, milk, bread, etc, etc...

  Livonia Michigan is loaded with things to do and all just a few minute drive from Francavilla sub.  In the first picture you see Livonia Recreation Center.  At the Livonia Rec you will have two swimming pools, water slide, hot tub, sauna, exercise equipment, two basketball courts and so much more.  Livonia residents get a great rate on membership at the Livonia Rec Center.  Laurel Park Place Mall is located at 6 Mile and Newburgh Rd.  Laurel Park is only about a 5 minute drive from Francavilla.  Laurel Park offers good shopping, food court and a movie theater.  Livonia offers a lot of parks and Rotary Park is only a minute or two away.  Rotary offers baseball fields, softball fields, pavillion, tennis courts, walking trails and playground equipment.  Feel free to contact us anytime for any real estate related questions or concerns you may have--we are here to help.  734-578-6561
